These Terms & Conditions govern your use of storylinestudio.ai and any purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

 

1. What We Do

Storyline Studio creates personalized children's books. You provide details about your little adventurer — their first name, gender, a photo, and some fun preferences — and we use that information to create a custom-illustrated storybook made just for them. Every book is a unique, made-to-order product.

2. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted, including the child's name, gender, and all personalization details. Please review everything carefully before submitting — once production begins, changes cannot be made. What you enter is exactly what will appear in the finished book.

3. Photos You Submit

By uploading photos through our order form, you confirm that you have the right to share those photos and that you consent to their use for the sole purpose of creating your personalized book. Photos are processed through our secure production system and are not used for any other purpose. See our Privacy & Safety policy for full details on how photos are handled, stored, and deleted.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept credit/debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and PayPal. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the total amount of your order including applicable shipping fees.

5. Production & Shipping

Every book is custom-made to order. Estimated production time is 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery for most U.S. orders is 5–10 business days. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Cancellations & Returns

You may cancel your order before production begins for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are not possible. Because each book is a custom-made product created to your specifications, we do not accept returns. We will provide a free replacement if your book arrives damaged in shipping or if the error was ours. See our Shipping & Returns policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All story content, illustrations, book designs, character templates, and artistic elements are the property of Storyline Studio and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a book grants you ownership of the physical product. It does not grant rights to reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from any of the content, illustrations, or designs contained in the book. The photos you submit remain yours.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to submit false, misleading, or harmful information, submit photos of individuals without their guardian's consent, attempt to access systems or data beyond what is available through normal use of the site, or reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from our website or products.

9. Limitation of Liability

Storyline Studio provides personalized books on an "as is" basis. While we strive for the highest quality, we cannot guarantee that illustrations will be an exact likeness of the photos submitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

10. Third-Party Services

We use third-party partners for payment processing, printing, and shipping. These partners operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, errors, or policies of third-party providers.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

​These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey.
