It’s simple and magical! Here’s how your child becomes the star of their own story: 1. Browse our library and choose a story your child will love. 2. Click “Personalize Your Story” and fill out a fun, quick form with details like your child’s name, favorite color, favorite animal, that silly word that makes them giggle, and more. 3. Upload a photo of your child — this allows us to design a character inspired by their real features, rather than choosing from generic preset options. It’s a difference families feel immediately: children recognize themselves in the story. 4. Add the book to your cart, check out, and we’ll do the rest!

Absolutely. Each Storyline Studio book is written with a specific age range in mind — either ages 3–5 or ages 6–8. Our 3–5 stories use simple, clear language, short sentences, and gentle themes perfect for early listeners and emerging readers. Our 6–8 stories offer slightly richer vocabulary, longer sentences, and more detailed plots while still staying kid‑friendly and easy to follow. And of course, every child is different — many younger or older kids enjoy stories outside their “official” age range. What matters most is choosing the world your child will love stepping into.

You’ll never see a named parent or caregiver in our books. At home, adults appear only as warm arms, gentle voices, or legs in the background — similar to how adults are shown in Peanuts or classic Dr. Seuss. This keeps the focus on your child and makes every story feel right for any family structure. Of course, some stories naturally include story‑world adults — a teacher in the classroom, a farmer, a pirate, and, of course, the familiar figures from the classics. These characters help shape the adventure, but they’re never the center of it. Your child is always the true hero of the story.

Of course! Each book is uniquely generated for each child. If you have two kids who both love the same story, you can order it twice with different personalizations. Each child gets their own character, their own details, and their own version of the adventure.

Yes! All of our titles are available in Spanish.

Yes! Every book on our product page includes sample pages so you can preview the art style, story tone, and overall feel of the book before you choose it.
