At Storyline Studio, we know how important it is for you to receive your personalized children's book in a timely manner. That's why we have a clear and simple shipping policy to ensure a smooth delivery process. We use secure packaging to protect your book and offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Our goal is to build trust with our customers and make sure that you feel confident in your purchase.
1. How Long Will My Order Take?

Every Storyline Studio book is custom-made — we create your child's character, personalize the story, and review every page before it goes to print. That means it takes a little longer than an off-the-shelf book, but we think the magic is worth the wait.
2. Here's what to expect

Production Time (1–3 business days) — We build your child's personalized character, place them into every illustration, customize the text, and quality-check the finished book before sending it to our printing partner.

Printing & Shipping (3–7 business days) — Once your book passes our quality review, it's printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner from the facility closest to your location.

Estimated Total — 5–10 business days for most U.S. orders. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your book ships.
3. Shipping Options

United States — Standard shipping is included with every order. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International — We ship to select countries worldwide. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days depending on your location. Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your book ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
5. Holiday & Gift Orders
Ordering for a birthday, holiday, or special occasion? We recommend placing your order at least two weeks in advance to allow for production and delivery. Add time for international orders to be safe. During peak holiday seasons (November–December), processing times may be slightly longer.
Cancellation, Return & Replacement Policy
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before the printing process has begun, and you'll receive a full refund. Once your book has entered production, cancellations are no longer possible because each book is custom-made to your specifications.
2. Returns
Because every Storyline Studio book is a one-of-a-kind, personalized product created specifically for your child, we are unable to accept returns. This is standard practice for custom-made goods and is consistent with consumer protection guidelines for made-to-order items.
3. Replacements
We want you to love your book. While we can't accept returns, we will gladly provide a free replacement if either of the following applies:

Damaged During Shipping — Your book arrived damaged, bent, torn, or otherwise defective due to shipping. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos clearly showing the damage.

Our Mistake — We made an error during production, such as a misspelled name, incorrect personalization details, or a printing defect. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photos of the issue.
4. What's Not Covered
Replacements are not available for spelling or details that were entered incorrectly by the customer at checkout, or for general dissatisfaction with illustrations — though we always strive to make things right and encourage you to reach out if something feels off.
